Manalapan has no shortage of things to do and features several park locations that feature a variety of activities. New Beginnings, Bucks Head, Manor Drive, Holiday Park, and Locust Grove feature playgrounds. The Manalapan Recreation Center, sitting on 95.3 acres, has it all, including handball courts, baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, street hockey courts, sand volleyball courts, a 9 hole disk golf course, concession stand, picnic areas, and fitness trails. Dogs are not permitted at the MRC however, there are several locations that you can bring them to such as, Thompson Grove, an open area that features walking trails as well as, these several open fields: Forest Hills, Knolls Playground and Village Green.
